Privacy Policy

DIP Management by Dreams IT Park. Effective 13 October 2026.

Who we are

DIP Management ("the app") is the internal staff app of Dreams IT Park. Only our employees use it, and a new account works only after the office approves it. The app is not for the public and not for children.

What data we collect

  • Profile: your name, photo, position and contact details (email, phone number, address, emergency contact).
  • Attendance: check-in and check-out times, leave and late records.
  • Work: orders, tasks, targets, performance and payroll records (salary, bonus, payments).
  • Chat messages: messages, stickers and reactions you send in DIP Chat.
  • Files: pictures and documents you upload (for example order files or receipts).
  • Device data: a push notification token for your phone or browser, so the app can send you alerts.

We do not show advertising, we do not track you across other apps or websites, and we do not collect your contacts or your location in the background.

Why we use it

Only to run the office: attendance, work and order tracking, team communication, notifications, salary, bonus and payroll. We do not use your data for anything else.

Where it is stored and who can see it

  • Your data is stored on Dreams IT Park's own server. Connections to the app are encrypted (HTTPS).
  • Access depends on your role. You see your own records, managers see what they need for their team, and the Owner and Admins see company records.
  • We never sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.
  • We share data only when we must: for example with the services that deliver push notifications to your device, with a payment service to pay you, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while you work with us. After you leave, we keep payroll and accounting records for as long as the law requires, and delete or anonymise the rest.

Your choices

  • You can see most of your own data in the app (profile, attendance, orders, balance).
  • If something is wrong, ask the office to correct it.
  • You can turn off notifications in your phone or browser settings at any time.

Account and data deletion

Any staff member can ask for their DIP Management account and personal data to be deleted. To do this:

  1. Tell the Owner or the office (in person, in DIP Chat, or by email to [email protected]) that you want your account deleted. Please write from the email address or phone number registered on your account, so we can confirm it is you.
  2. The office confirms your identity and settles anything still open (for example a final salary or bonus payment).
  3. The Owner then switches off your account (you can no longer sign in) and deletes or anonymises your personal data.

What is deleted: your profile (name, contact details, photo), your sign-in account, your device push tokens, and files you uploaded that are not part of a company record.

What may be kept: records the company must keep for accounting, payroll and legal reasons (for example salary payments and completed client orders) are kept for as long as the law requires, without your contact details where possible.

We aim to finish a deletion request within 30 days and will tell you when it is done.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page and tell staff in the app's Announcements.
